Our owners have participated in some of the largest residential and commercial real estate transactions in the city. These included a Bexley area home sale for $2.71 Million, a New Albany Farms home sale for $2.65 Million, a sale/lease-back involving Value City Department Stores in the amount of $93 Million and the refinancing and sale of numerous commercial properties, including shopping centers, distribution facilities and apartment complexes. In addition, we have a network of title agents throughout the United States to handle multi-state transactions for our clientele.
